Join Us on Qadr Night
The Moslem Mosque Inc. will be hosting Qadr Night prayers this Wednesday, April 27. You are invited to join us starting at 7:00 p.m. and we will break the fast with light refreshments at 7:48 p.m. Prayers will begin upstairs at 8:00 p.m. and we hope to see you there!
Qadr Night, also known as Laylat-al-Qadr, or the Night of Power is considered to be the Islamic calendar’s Holiest eve. During this night, Angel Jibril revealed the Holy Qur'an’s first verses to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). This night falls within Ramadan’s final 10 days. When you complete good deeds on Qadr Night, your fasting is increased in reward. On this night, a single act of kindness gives the blessings of 1,000 months. We hope you'll join us!
